The Challenge ahead CloudTalk is building a best-in-class Channel Program—and we're looking for an experienced Channel Operations Lead to help build and scale a high-performing, partner-centric channel program. You'll be the operational backbone for everything channel—owning, optimizing, and evolving how our indirect sales motion runs. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role where you'll work cross-functionally with Channel Managers, RevOps, Sales, and Marketing, but you'll be the "one-person show" for channel operations. You'll have full ownership of the systems, processes, and reporting that make our partner program run seamlessly and efficiently. Check out our Life at CloudTalk on InstagramTrajectory – Get in early and help drive CloudTalk's journey to $100M ARR What you'll focus on: Channel Tooling Management – Take ownership of our existing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform and related tools: ensure they're optimized, up-to-date, and supporting the team's needs at every step. Program Operations – Build, document, and continuously refine scalable workflows for onboarding, enablement, deal registration, MDF/co-marketing, and commission processes. Enablement & Resources – Launch, manage, and maintain playbooks, training, and enablement assets to accelerate partner ramp-up and success. MDF Program Management – Own the Market Development Fund (MDF) process: handle application, approval, tracking, and ROI analysis. Cross-Functional Collaboration – Act as the connector between Channel, RevOps, Sales, and Marketing—proactively identifying and solving operational bottlenecks. Metrics, Tracking & Insights – Define and manage the key metrics and KPIs that track program and partner performance; focus on data selection, tracking, and actionable insights, not just dashboard setup. Continuous Improvement – Find friction points and lead operational projects to improve the partner experience, scale what works, and keep the program running at peak performance. Ideal Candidate You're an operational powerhouse who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments. You've built or scaled channel operations and can balance big-picture thinking with hands-on execution. You're ready to be the solo architect and executor for channel operations—and you know how to bring people along, even when you're the only "ops" person at the table.
