As an Senior Engineering Manager, you are an ambassador of innovation in the team. You have a technical background in software development, enabling you to support and guide the team, sustaining healthy technology and careers. You will partner with Product Managers and other leaders, to define strategy and execution for the teams.

You will head up Engineering System & Support (ESS), a Team that supports developers all a cross King by providing systems and services to engineering and game productions teams all over King. Repositories (Code/Binaries), Builds environment (CI/CD), Code Quality/Review tools and Mobile Store Management core platform. It’s great if you are knowledgeable about DevOps and CI/CD.

**Your role within our Kingdom**

As Senior Engineering Manager, you will work together with the team to ensure a timely delivery of technical solutions to address business needs while advocating advanced modern, agile software development practices and helping develop and promote great engineering and organizational practices. You will also join our engineering management community and collaborate with the product organization.

- Grow, lead and support a healthy team of engineers through hiring, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands

- Work with the recruiting team to attract, onboard, and retain diverse top talent
- Work closely with parts of the whole organization, the team, product manager, tech director, and other stakeholders to define strategy and ensure we delivery of technology and services that makes other developers faster and happier
- Together with the team and product manager, you will be an advocate for continuous integration best practices in the organization

- Solid experience managing tech teams, and successfully solving organizational challenges, and being comfortable leading a team of up to 10 people.
- You have the ability to encourage, grow, lead and develop a team to high performance standards and an inclusive culture
- Ability to steer to collaboration, balancing between stakeholder approval and forward momentum.
- Experience building meaningful products. You are focused around the outcome over the output.
