Engineering Manager Shared Tech

We are looking for an expert engineering manager to lead the team that builds and maintains our testing platform. In order to continuously improve the player experience we work extensively with experimentation and testing, this team makes it possible to do consistently and at scale.

**Your role within the Kingdom**:
As an Engineering Manager, you will encourage and empower the talents in your team, so they can excel in building outstanding software and systems, whilst supporting individual career growth through specific goal setting and continuous feedback. You will support the team with recruitment, mentoring, coaching, facilitation and performance management.

You will be accountable for the team commitments to deliveries and ensure the team has good ways of working. Facilitate and enable team discussions and decisions of both technical and non
- technical nature. You will also be coordinating projects, engaging with stakeholders in collaboration with the product manager.

You have a humble and open approach to leadership, with a strong belief in DE&I, servant leadership, agile practices and a keen curiosity about developing people.

**Skills to create thrills**:

- Leading sophisticated engineering teams.
- Understanding of analytics, experimental design, A/B- testing and Machine learning. This is what your team is working with
- Experience in Google Cloud infrastructure and games proven experience would be beneficial. Our entire infrastructure is cloud based.
