**Responsibilities**
- Provide 2nd level end user support, incident troubleshooting, resolution, and/or escalation to external vendors/development teams.
- Configure SaaS solutions to implement new functionalities.
- Support and train business users in the daily usage of the systems.
- Act as an expert on the business processes regarding system usage and serve as a link between the business, internal development team, and software providers.
- Explore data anomalies to resolve issues.
- Identify improvement opportunities in the systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- A keen interest in providing support and educating end users.
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
