**Your role**

**As an Application Support Analyst your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Designing the operations maintenance roadmap for the different digital products
- Documenting the different processes to ensure governance and operalization of activities
- Deploying all the necessary operational tasks to ensure excellence in the service
- Working closely with other team members

**Your Skills and Experience**

**As an Application Support Analyst your skills and qualifications will ideally include**:

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business or IT
- 3 or more years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform (or equivalent), SAP or Visualization Tools
- Strong problem-solving and DevOps skills
- Creativity and the ability to think out of the box
- Team player with ability to coordinate operational workload
