importante empresa del sector farmacéutico situada en las proximidades de pamplona, solicita la incorporación a su equipo de un perfil customer service para el area b2b.

**funciones y responsabilidades**:

- gestionar los pedidos en la plataforma sap, comunicación con los clientes b2b para garantizar de manera eficaz la entrega de los pedidos en tiempo y forma.
- interactuar de manera interna con los diferentes departamentos (qa, ra, logística, sales ) para garantizar el cumplimiento de fechas y plazos con el cliente.

persona con elevada capacidad de organización y planificación, proactiva, resolutiva, con gran orientación al cliente, que sepa trabajar en equipo y con capacidad analítica para entender, seguir y promover mejoras en procesos.

**formacion base**:

- titulación media o superior.

**experiência**:
al menos 2 años de experiência en puesto similar.
