**PagoNxt **Trade **is looking for a Production Support Team Leader **, based in our **Boadilla del Monte **office.

**PagoNxt **is a new company wholly owned by Santander that incorporates our most disruptive payments & trade businesses into a single, autonomous company, creating one of the largest private fintech companies in the world. This new company will deliver payment & trade solutions for merchants and consumers with compelling technology to become a leading global payments provider in the medium term.

In order to achieve these goal, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:

- Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.
- Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.
- Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.

This role will be part of our PagoNxt Trade Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering fast, efficient trade finance, supplying chain and FX payments solutions for international SMEs that were once only accessible to larger corporations.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a **Production Support Team Leader **, you will **coordinate and ensure the global team performance is accomplished and continuously improving.
We need someone like you to help us in c oordinate/manage the day to day activities, ensuring the following:

- All support tickets are followed up and closed correctly
- All weekly/daily reports are produced on time and distributed correctly.
- Evaluate team performance informing management team and identifiying possible weak areas.
- Track team individual perfomance.
- Support Shift Leaders/team to take decisions.
- Motivate the team to be aligned around the strategic and team goals.
- Support management team providing the proper resources to perform tasks and activites required.
- Responsible for proposing change to the monitoring processes and ways of working to further enhance the team’s capability.

EXPERIENCE
- 3 minimum years of experience in relevant fields.

EDUCATION
- University degree/Master or similar experience.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- IT background.
- Management skills.
- English Professional Working Proficiency.
- Spanish Professional Proficency.
