**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **Algorithmic Trading Associate **, you will **be designing and developing algorithms for the Trading desks and its related tasks (release in production, documentation, support) within the Algorithmic Trading team sitting in Front Office.**

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Develop new market making algorithms or improve the existing ones in our production library.
- Work with IT to integrate our libraries within Santander current Trading platforms
- Timely support of the developments currently used in production.

EXPERIENCE
- Have at least 3 years of demonstrable experience developing trading algorithms for a Bond desk in a top institution

EDUCATION

Master of Science (MSc) in Physics, Engineering or Mathematics from a top university.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Strong mathematical skills
- Certifications on Machine Learning, Deep Learning or Reinforcement Learning
- Strong computer science skills:

- Excellent programming in C#, C++ and Python is a must.
- Relevant experience working with cloud computing
