**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**SANTANDER GLOBAL TECH (SGT) is looking for an AGILE COACH, based in BOADILLA DEL MONTE.**

As **Agile Coach **, you will work in agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels. You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE). You will encourage teams to improve performance and maturity, focusing on delivering value to the customer in a sustainable, iterative and collaborative way.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Support agile transformation at tribe and team levels
- Facilitate the cooperation between roles of agile teams/tribes
- Act as a change agent to disseminate agile mindset, values and principles
- Facilitate, support and collect feedback of playbooks execution
- Assist team members to solve issues/gaps reported by the use of the playbooks
- Ensure efficiency and continuous process improvement followed by teams/tribes
- Supports, review and monitor maturity self-assessment identifying gaps and related improvement actions
- Encourage reflection and discussion among team members on relevant topics and issues
- Support teams/tribes to perform agile ceremonies
- Give inputs for annual evaluation of the team

**EXPERIENCE**:

- 2-5 years of experience in a similar position as Agile Coach.

**EDUCATION**:

- High degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Psychology, etc.

**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**:

- Scrum
- Kanban
- Workshops/meetings/events facilitation
- Lean Inception/Product Discovery
- Design Thinking
- Management 3.0
- DevOps.
- Language skills - High level of English and Spanish.
