DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER (COBOL/DB2 & GRAVITY) - SCIB

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a **DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER (COBOL/DB2 & GRAVITY) **, your mission will be to lead, train and coordinate the technical and team, ensuring the correct execution of projects in compliance with business commitments.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

- Participate in agile ceremonies, supporting the team in the definition and execution of user stories.
- You will document your solutions in the Group Santander tools: JIRA, Confluence, ALM
- Create an agile SQUAD, to give service the Back Office and Intervention General teams by performing maintenance and project execution tasks.
- Coordinate SQUAD to review the work performed.
- Identify training, upskilling or re-profiling needs required to maintain technical competences.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum years 5 of experience.

EDUCATION
- IT Degree.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Experience in traditional technologies: Cobol, CICs, DB2.
- Experience in developing back-end solutions based on traditional architecture.
- Lead teams of technology squads, elab, domains and other collaborators.
- SDLC (Software development life cycle)
- Team working, change management, conflicts managements and communication skills.
- Methodology: Agile experience desirable
- Desirable: Experience in project management and implementation.
- Desirable: Knowledge about Gravity project.
- Basics of Cloud computing (Openshift Container, microservices)
- Basics of cybersecurity & Quality (Kiuwan, sonar )
- English (at least B2+)
