We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Coordinator to join our Operations and Course Management team, mainly focused on online stackable corporate programs. The Program Coordinator will be responsible for carrying out academic, operational, and enrollment-related duties for an online program within the department. This full-time position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with learning management systems, and has a natural gift for customer service.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.

**Responsibilities**:
Your role as **Program Coordinator - Online Stackable Corporate Master’s Programs** will involve:

- Support during the enrollment process for the online program, coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Attend to any administrative duties to ensure smooth completion of the enrollment duties.
- Give first level technical support when needed by participants.
- Execute the delivery of the online program as part of the Program Management team.
- End-to-end course delivery for synchronous and asynchronous online programs.
- Assist participants and faculty before, during, and after the program.
- Execute satisfaction surveys and corresponding data analysis and reporting.
- Leverage learning analytics to deliver personalized delivery experience.
- Offer support for the creation of a community of learners during and after the program.
- Prepare necessary presentation materials for meetings and corporate client reports.
- Investigation and testing of innovative educational technology, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics models to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction.

- Fluency in English (native level). Ideally high level of Spanish.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience working with learning management systems or program delivery is a plus
- This role will be working with clients in the Middle East and could, in exceptional occasions, entail working on Sundays instead of Fridays to align with client working schedules.
