Overview:
**Associate Director, Corporate Online Master’s Programs**

This is a key position on the Operations and Course Management team within the Digital Learning & Online Solutions unit of IE University.

The Associate Director of Stackable Corporate Online Master’s Programs, reporting to the Project Lead & Program Manager, will oversee the delivery of an online stackable corporate master’s, collaborating with internal departments as well as external corporate clients.

This person will not only be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the program delivery, but will also be involved in innovation projects, maintaining our competitive edge in the market.

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Responsible for the daily management of online program delivery, ensuring superior student learning experiences through program coordination and support.
- Coordination of program calendars across sections of students, scheduling with IE Faculty and Learning Facilitators.
- Ensuring a superior student experience before and throughout the program and providing reliable support to Professors and Learning Facilitators to ensure positive learning experience.
- Working alongside a team with 5 Program Coordinators and supporting them as needed in care of individual Student cases.
- Preparation of all communications to assigned sections of students, requiring high attention to detail and precision.
- Supervision and reporting of the students’ progress, grading, and academic integrity in accordance with established standards and policies.
- Implement the integration of the Stackable Online Master’s Degree into existing processes, workflows, and platforms of IE, having passed the initial pilot phase of the project.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts for the program, extracting insights from Learning Analytics, survey results, and student progress.
- Investigation and testing of innovative educational technology, artificial intelligence, and learning analytics models to improve program delivery and learner satisfaction.

Qualifications:
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a program manager, program advisor and/or program coordinator.Experience running online or blended programs is very valuable.
- Capacity to establish, communicate, and visualize processes, and execute them with a mindset of continual improvement.
- Comfortable with using various platforms for academic administration tasks, exhibiting high level of technological literacy, able to quickly adopt new technologies and create criteria for new platform, tool, or technology use.
- Extremely well-developed interpersonal skills, and the proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and with a solid customer service focus.
- Curious, creative and entrepreneurial spirit, able to take initiative and lead new and innovative projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Highly developed communication skills, in both English and Spanish, demonstrating poise and professionalism, knowing how to communicate within various situations with different stakeholders.
- Degree in Business, Education, or equivalent discipline and master program from a recognized university or business school.
