This is a key position on the Operations and Course Management team within the Digital Learning unit of IE University. **The Executive Director - Online Stackable Corporate Programs **will oversee the delivery of online stackable corporate programs, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, to ensure seamless program management, delivery, student satisfaction, and continuous improvement and innovation. This position is ideal for an entrepreneurial-minded leader with expertise in program management, corporate training, and online education.

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as The Executive Director - Online Stackable Corporate Programs will involve**:
Oversight of Program Delivery and Program Management Team
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of stackable online programs, ensuring high-quality and engaging corporate learning experiences that are in line with IE academic standards and rigor.
- Guide, mentor, and support the program management team to ensure effective planning and execution of all program initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative culture within the team to drive innovation and responsiveness to corporate and learner needs.
- Develop and implement strategic goals to meet client needs and continually improve the learning experience.

Internal and External Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary liaison between corporate partners and internal teams to deliver custom programs according to corporate needs.
- Engage with internal departments such as corporate relations, academic affairs, instructional design, finance, control, and core operational areas to assure program quality, success, rigor, and accreditation.
- Track and report on program performance, including enrollment, completion rates, and learner satisfaction.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure transparent communication and reporting practices across all program aspects.

Program Scaling and Future Growth
- Develop and implement strategies to continue scaling program offerings to meet growing demand.
- Ensure scalability aligns with institutional goals and maintains academic and program integrity.
- Test and pilot new tools and EdTech solutions to enhance the learning experience and to scale the program without losing quality or effectiveness.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in program management, corporate training, online education, or a related area.
- Proven track record of developing, delivering, or scaling educational programs, particularly in online or corporate learning environments.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders. Flexibility and comfort working within uncertainty is essential.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making and experience with program analytics.
- Familiarity with current trends in online education, instructional design, and learning technology platforms.
