Overview:
Are you ready to join a dynamic team of professionals who are revolutionizing the way we learn?** IE University's Lifelolng Learning Department** is looking for a **Program Manager, **Corporate Masters**.**

The **Program Manager** is responsible for managing the delivery of programs for corporate clients in Spain and abroad. This comprises ensuring high quality levels and strong customer focus and implementing the required guidelines and policies to ensuring the successful delivery of the programs. The PM should be very detail-oriented and demonstrate good skills for promoting a sense of community among participants of the programs, as well as with the corporate client point of contact.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid but also will have to frequently travel (Middle East, Latam, Europe...)

**Responsibilities**:
**Your role as **a Program Manager **will involve**:

- Successful delivery of the Program.
- Supervision of the Coordinator responsibilities
- Collaboration with the Executive Director and the Academic Director on design and calendar of the programs.
- Supervision of activities and budgets.
- Program management for senior executives.
- Support on-going engagement with participants during and after the program.
- Engage with corporate clients in the delivery and the day to day of the program.
- Client reporting.

Qualifications:
**To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications**:

- Master’s degree.
- Fluent in Spanish and English. Arabic is a plus.
- Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders. International experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Innovative and creative personality with good storytelling skills.
- Strong collaborative skills to work across schools and Centers at IE.
- Comfortable with senior executives.
- Previous experience in program delivery at IE highly valued.
- Experience in program design is a plus.
