- We are looking for a Platform Engineer for our SAP S/4 Release Management and being part for the technical deliveries with our product teams. You will participate in the respective workstreams together with the business counterpart to ensure a successful delivery & enablement. Therefore, he/she assumes responsibility for assigned projects and streams, driving the day-to-day Release Management and supporting the S/4 HANA rollouts worldwide.
- PURPOSE
- As Operations Engineer - S/4 Release Management you support the continuous improvement of our SAP S/4 landscape. You will ensure that all relevant changes - either custom developments, hotfixes or new SAP Product Versions - will be released in time with highest quality to boost the effectiveness and efficiency of our product teams and value streams.
- WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- You will be part of product teams on the tech side together with business counterpart to build, operate and especially innovate our SAP S/4 Landscape.
- You will be part of the overall program for the S/4 HANA transformation on the tech side.
- Maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders and 3rd party Vendors
- You support the internal SAP S/4 Release Management Team to prepare, execute, review and document Releases, Enhancement & Service Packs as well as Hotfixes
- You ensure the quality of the overall release toolchain from requirement to production go-live.
- You administrate the Releases within SAP Solution Manager
- WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Ideally four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient spoken and written command of English
- Proven Track Record in SAP Solution Manager with focus on Release Management
- Ideally first hands on experience Atlassian Tool suite, especially Jira and Confluence as well as Service Now
