- Platform Engineer - Architecture and Security- Purpose:
- The main objective of the Department of Digital Workspace Architecture and Security is to optimize the digital work environment by providing employees with the necessary tools, resources, and technologies to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity. This involves designing and implementing strategies for organizing, managing, and securing digital assets, as well as establishing frameworks for seamless information flow and knowledge sharing within the organization.
- The department collaborates closely with various stakeholders, including IT teams, software developers, project managers, and end-users, to understand their requirements and align the digital workspace architecture with the organization's goals and objectives. They assess and evaluate existing systems, technologies, and workflows, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance the overall digital experience.
The purpose of this role is contributing to the area primarily focusing on driving the relations with important vendor and supporting Digital Workplace products with guidance and roadmaps definitions and guidance.- Key Responsibilities:Vendor Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with related vendors. Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related issues.
-Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance, monitoring service levels, and managing renewals or negotiations.
-Technology Integration: Work closely with internal teams to integrate vendor products and services seamlessly into the organization’s IT infrastructure.
-Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate vendor performance against contract terms and service level agreements (SLAs), addressing any discrepancies or issues.
-Budget Management: Oversee budgetary aspects related to vendor services, including cost analysis, forecasting, and optimization of spending.
-Compliance and Security: Ensure all vendor products and services comply with organizational policies and industry standards, especially in terms of security and data privacy.
-Problem Resolution: Act as the escalation point for resolving any issues or disputes with the vendor, including technical challenges or service disruptions.
- What we are looking for:Four-year college or university degree with focus on IT/Tech related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Proficient spoken and written command of English
-At least 5-year experience in IT
-2 years of experience in relevant area
-Excellent organizational, analytical and documentation skills.
-Proactive, self-dependent, problem-solving skills and hands on attitude.
-Ability to work in a physical and virtual team in a highly multicultural environment.
-Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably when confronted with risk, uncertainty, and problems.

-Licensing understanding
-PowerShell scripting, Graph API, Power Platform
