We're helping one of our clients, **Remote Latinos**, hire a **Real Estate Acquisition Manager.**

Compensation**:USD7 - 15/hour.**
Location**:Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Spain, Equatorial Guinea, Puerto Rico, Uruguay, Argentina, Peru, Venezuela, Chile, Ecuador, Panama, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Cuba, Bolivia, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Paraguay, Honduras, and Dominican Republic residents).**
Responsibilities and more:
- Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential leads to explore acquisition opportunities.
- Consistently follow up with leads to maintain engagement and progress through the acquisition pipeline.
- Efficiently manage and organize the acquisition pipeline to ensure a smooth process from lead generation to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential sellers through consistent and professional communication.
- Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
- Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
- Contract Management using DocuSign.
Pay: 7.00€ - 14.00€ per hour
