Our team is fully international and passionate about building the future of health and weight care for our customers. **Employment** We offer an Independent Contractor Agreement for this position. **About the role** We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our marketing department, the Senior User Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and executing robust user acquisition strategies, staying ahead of industry trends, and optimizing campaigns across various advertising channels. **What you'll do** - Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies to drive growth and meet business objectives. - Identify and leverage opportunities within advertising channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Study algorithms of advertising channels to optimize campaign performance. - Formulate hypotheses based on data analysis and industry trends, testing and iterating to improve user acquisition outcomes. - Analyze the results of advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. - Work towards and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful user acquisition efforts. - Work collaboratively with the creative team to ideate and implement compelling marketing creatives. - Collaborate with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to gather and analyze data for informed decision-making. **About you** - Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of successful user acquisition campaigns. - In-depth understanding of the functionality of advertising channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and others. - Intermediate level of English or higher, with strong communication skills. - Experience in ideation and execution of marketing creatives, with a keen eye for innovation. **Nice To Haves** - Previous experience in web user acquisition, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the online user journey. - Experience working with analytical systems such as BI tools (e.g., Tableau), showcasing a strong analytical mindset. - Prior experience in the health and fitness segment, providing valuable insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within this niche. **What we offer** - ** Remote Work Environment**: Embrace the freedom of working from anywhere, anytime, fostering a better work-life balance. - ** Structured PTO**: Experience the advantage of 28 days of paid time off, coupled with extra days for paid sick leave, fostering personal well-being and ensuring optimal work rejuvenation. - ** Company-provided MacBook with M1 chip**: We offer employees access to powerful M1 chip MacBooks if needed, ensuring top-notch performance, energy efficiency, and seamless productivity. **Life at Able** By joining Able, you’ll become part of a team that picks each other up, collaborates daily, and works hard, fast, and smart because they’re motivated and passionate about being the best in the industry.
