**DESCRIPTION**:
Do you have a software engineering background and strong experiece as Product Manager? Are you an open-minded professional with good English skills? If it sounds like you, this could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Senior Product Manager.

As a Senior Product Manager in the central client's department you are the product expert for the Data Platform and you will drive the vision of the entire data platform experience within our client. Together with the Data Platform Teams, you develop efficiently usable self-service capabilities.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Improve data user productivity and experience by identifying blockers and new opportunities with a customer-centric mindset, business savvy and performant execution
- Drive product development by setting a clear vision and roadmap to achieve ambitious targets supported by data
- Facilitate decision making by writing carefully crafted narrative documents which clearly communicate the rationale in an easily digestible, professional manner. Analyze and explain problems, propose solutions with their pros and cons
- Coach and mentor colleagues as a role model for starting with the customer and working backwards

WHAT YOU HAVE
- Several years of Product Management experience, leading development of several products, collaborating with a team of data and software engineers and cross-functional partners to build products
- Natural problem-solver, with a strong history of leading product discovery, solving meaningful customer and business problems, and delivering scalable solutions
- Ability to create a strong product vision and translate that vision for any audience, through well-crafted strategic documents, thorough requirements, and clear communication with stakeholders
- An analytical mind, with the expertise to evaluate data and make informed product decisions by defining success criteria and measuring impact of the product
- Background in data infrastructure and getting excited about working with engineers as customers
