Als Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d) arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen. Vom Active Sourcing, reporting, dem Hiring Manager Management bis hin zur Vertragsverhandlung mit den Kandidaten bist du verantwortlich für den Erfolg der Recruiting Kampagne.
Aufgaben
- Du gestaltest Get Your Talent aktiv mit
- Zwei bis drei mal im Jahr startest du in ein neues Projekt mit einem neuen Kunden, vielleicht in einer neuen Branche und mit vielleicht mit Stellen, die dir bis jetzt noch unbekannt sind
- Du arbeitest als Interims Recruiter für unsere Kunden und verantwortest den kompletten Recruiting Prozess - End-to-End
- Du führst Screening Calls und Bewerbungsgespräche, betreust Hiring Manager und berätst die Stakeholder im Prozess
- Du arbeitest eng mit einem Talent Sourcer zusammen und verantwortest die Qualität der gefundenen Profile
- Du suchst aktiv nach Kandidaten in beruflichen Netzwerken
Qualifikation
- Du hast fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Recruiting
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit und Betreuung von Senior Management
- Du bist Erfahren im managen von end-to-end Recruiting Prozessen
- Erfahrung als Freelancer, Interimer oder Berater ist ein großes Plus, du kennst aber auch Inhouse-Prozesse aus deiner Zeit in Festanstellung
- Du sprichst fließendes Deutsch und Englisch
