Tareas
**As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, your primary role will be**:
- Working closely with the ActioGlobal Leadership Team (AGLT) to identify, engage, and onboard the best international talents for the ActioGlobal® team.
- Assisting in crafting, executing and refining recruitment strategies that align with our company values and objectives.

- An innate interest in talent acquisition and an eagerness to delve into the intricacies of hiring the best talent across the world.
- Effective communication capabilities.
- An adaptable, hard-worker and proactive mindset, prepared to face the unique challenges of international recruitment.
- A foundational grasp of recruitment tools and platforms.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English. Knowledge of French and German would be advantageous.
