**Hiring for Experienced Bilingual US Real Estate VA - Cold Caller**
We are looking for an **Experienced Spanish-English Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant - Cold Caller**, you will play a pivotal role in our lead generation efforts and help drive our business forward. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and schedule appointments. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English will be essential in engaging with a diverse range of prospects.

- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Must have US Real Estate Cold Calling experience
- Must have at least 8 months of work related experience
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
