The Opportunity

We are looking for a high-level PHP/WordPress Developer to lead the launch of our global real estate portal. This role begins with a 2-week intensive project to build and integrate our PAA Web Portal.

This is a "Temp-to-Perm" position. We are using this initial 14-day build as a paid trial. If you can deliver high-quality, secure code under a deadline and integrate seamlessly with our team, we intend to offer a permanent, full-time position to manage and scale our global digital infrastructure.

The Initial Mission (The First 14 Days)

Your first task is to build the PAA Web Portal from the ground up using our proprietary WordPress framework and the Respacio CRM API.

  • API Integration: Connect property data, availability, and lead generation to our CRM.
  • Security: Build a custom "Magic Link" (passwordless) authentication system for agents.
  • Figma to Code: Translate high-fidelity designs into a high-performance, SEO-optimized "Silo" structure.
  • Dashboarding: Create an agent-facing portal with real-time KPI tracking and affiliate management.

The Permanent Role (Long-Term)

Once the portal is live, your role will evolve into:

  • Product Ownership: Scaling the portal to support thousands of global agents.
  • Feature Expansion: Developing new tools for developers and investors.
  • Optimization: Improving site speed, security, and API efficiency.
  • Technical Leadership: Helping shape the future roadmap of our real estate technology.

Technical Requirements

  • Expert PHP & WordPress: You should be comfortable writing custom themes/plugins and handling advanced hooks/filters.
  • REST API Mastery: Deep experience fetching, posting, and caching data from external APIs.
  • Security-First Mindset: Experience with nonces, data sanitization, and secure authentication tokens.
  • Front-End Precision: Expert CSS/JS skills; we have a "pixel-perfect" standard for our Figma designs.
  • The "Startup" Mindset: You thrive on deadlines, take extreme ownership, and communicate clearly.
