At Devoteam we are looking for a change management worker plays a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. It is a focus on the people's side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology and organisation structures. The primary responsibility is creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance. The change manager works to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
- Train end users on Google Workspace Apps and provide support
- Create contents for trainings adapted to the client’s needs
- Create content for manuals and vídeos on Google Workspace Apps
- Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Manage small to medium change management projects
- Lead all change management activities and integrate them in the project plan
- Support/create communication efforts
- Support/create the design, development, delivery and management of communication plans
- Assess the change impact
- Support organisational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Coordinate efforts with other specialists
- Track and report issues
- Support change management at the organisational level
- Follow/create the scope of the project along with the organisation

SKILLS
- Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent active listening skills
- Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal

- Experience in Training
