Ask yourself these questions:

  • Education:
    Do you have a
    Master's or Bachelor's degree
    in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, HR, Digital Adoption, or a related field?

  • Experience:
    Do you have at least 2 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation? (Consulting experience will be highly valued).

  • Languages:
    Are you fluent in Spanish and English? (If applying to Barcelona Catalan is also needed).

  • Location
    : Are you based in
    Madrid/Barcelona
    or willing to relocate?

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement
    change management strategies
    for digital transformation projects.
  • Lead the
    adoption of AI tools
    in the workplace (M365 Copilot, Gemini Workplace).
  • Support the deployment and integration of
    SAP S/4HANA
    ,
    SuccessFactors
    , and
    Salesforce
    .
  • Develop and execute
    internal communication plans
    ,
    training programs
    , and
    cultural change initiatives
    .
  • Engage and manage
    stakeholders
    across departments and levels.
  • Monitor and measure the impact of change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
