Ask yourself these questions:Education: Do you have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Psychology, Industrial Organization Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, HR, Digital Adoption, or a related field?Experience: Do you have at least 2 years of experience in change management, digital transformation, or technology implementation? (Consulting experience will be highly valued).Languages: Are you fluent in Spanish and English?
