If you love driving adoption, engagement, and readiness across complex environments, this is your chance to make a real difference.What You'll DoApply Kyndryl's structured change management approach, including thethree core pillarsandfive OCM phases , to deliver successful transformations.Conductstakeholder assessmentsandimpact analysesto identify affected groups and tailor communications and training strategies.Develop and delivertargeted communicationsand program narratives that inspire and inform.Design and implementlearning deliverables , support end-user training, and track adoption progress.Mobilizechange champions , monitor readiness, and gather feedback to ensure sustainable engagement.Partner withproject managers, sponsors, and business leadersto align change strategies with business objectives.Drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across transformation programs.Who You AreRequired Skills & ExperienceProven experience inchange management , organizational development, or related fields.Strongcommunication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagementskills.Ability toanalyze data , assess impacts, and develop actionable plans.Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams and functions.Familiarity withchange management methodologies and tools .Hands-on experience leadingcomplex organizational change initiatives .Excellentpresentation skillsand ability to influence at all levels.Preferred QualificationsOCM certifications (e.g.,Prosci ,ACMP ).Financial acumen and understanding ofbudgeting processes .Experience inrisk managementandprocess design .Knowledge ofdigital communication and training tools .Technical certifications (e.g.,ITIL ,Agile ).Your Future at KyndrylJoin a global team that's redefining how organizations adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
