ServiceNow Organizational Change Management Specialist (Hybrid Madrid) We are looking for a ServiceNow Organizational Change Management Specialist, working close to one of our main clients in the banking sector. This role ensures stakeholders embrace new ways of working through effective communication, training, engagement, and resistance management, particularly within complex, regulated environments such as financial services. Develop and execute comprehensive OCM strategies tailored to ServiceNow implementations, aligning with project timelines and business objectives. Conduct stakeholder analysis, identify key influencers, and lead change readiness assessments to proactively address adoption risks. Design and deliver targeted training programs, user guides, and communications to support workforce transition and sustain long-term usage.
