**What you will do**

Have you supported changes in various projects? Help us with our global implementation of Oracle Fusion across all departments

You will play a key role in ensuring ERP transformation projects meet objectives on time and on budget by growing employee adoption and utilisation. Your focus will be on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.

**How you will do it**
- Ensure the business is prepared for all changes or impacts throughout the project by implementing a change vision and strategy
- Assess and monitor the change impact, risks and status to remove barriers towards realizing goals and provide visibility on status against milestones
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to stay aligned on change scope, communication, and training strategy
- Facilitate workshops with multi-disciplinary internal teams

**What we look for**

**Required**
- 4+ years of experience in international change management
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Solid grasp of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices with previous experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
- Strong solid understanding of MS Office Suite and experience using tools to develop work plans, articulate complex issues, analyse data, and structure information
- Quick learner with the ability to balance multiple initiatives and adjust to changing priorities while supporting the overall strategy
- Team-first approach

**Preferred**
- Experience in facilitating workshops and engaging with partners at all levels and functions of the business
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and talent to work across the organization to help the business “think like” and “communicate like” a cohesive entity
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Change Management accreditation (i.e. APMG, Prosci)
