This role is for a Change Management Consultant specializing in HRIS, specifically with Workday, where you will help drive impactful change in HR processes for our clients. ****Key Responsibilities***** Supervise and ensure the application of the procedures of the projects according to the Methodology and the agreements committed with the client. * Ensuring timely delivery, quality, accuracy, and completeness of overall project reports and project management results. * Ensure up-to-date documentation of all project management files, milestones, decisions, and relevant changes to the project file. * Attend and organize the necessary meetings within the project, including those of the Steering Committee and Monitoring Committees, generating the necessary documentation. * Facilitate the collection and dissemination of information to the different project areas. * Suggest improvements for further analysis that may be useful. * Participate in Workday projects. ****Qualifications***** A degree or Master's in Human Resources or experience in Marketing or doing presentations is preferred, but candidates with qualifications in International Relations, Communications, Business Administration, or a relevant field will also be considered. * Fluent language skills in Spanish and English (Proficiency in French is a plus). * Available for a full-time position, starting with an indefinite contract. * Ability to travel when needed.
