**About the Role**

This role will oversee debit card production as well as manage the end-to-end production of retail and point-of-sale packages. This position requires effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of high-quality products.

They collaborate with internal departments to create specifications, give examples of viable print materials and prepress advice as well as quotes for budgeting and planning purposes. Knowledgeable about color processes and choices, print finishing techniques and paper specifications. Monitors quality of work delivered by vendors to ensure standards are being met. Develops print production cost saving initiatives, process documentation and improving efficiency while maintaining quality.

This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Supply Chain/Card Operations at Corporate.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of debit card and retail package production
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors for debit card and retail package production
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for both debit cards and retail/in-store packaging, ensuring adherence to industry standards and brand guidelines
- Conduct regular User Acceptance Testing, inspections and audits to guarantee the quality of the final products
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, design, and finance to gather requirements and specifications for debit card designs and retail packaging projects
- Communicate project updates, timelines, and potential issues to relevant stakeholders
- Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards
- Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during production
- Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring mínimal disruptions
- Develop and manage budgets for debit card production and retail package printing projects
- Monitor expenses and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality and timelines
- Ensure that vendor purchase orders are created, communicated and revised as needed
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies related to card production and printing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain comprehensive records of all projects, including specifications, approvals, and production details
- Generate regular reports on project status, budget adherence, and quality control metrics
- Provide training and guidance to team members on best practices in debit card production and retail package printing

**Skills and Experience**:

- 4 years in an operations production environment with demonstrated purchasing experience
- Strong organizational skills, highly detail oriented, while working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated success in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to collaborate internally to achieve projects on time and within budget
- Must possess time management and organizational discipline
- Prepress and vendor collaboration experience required
