**Your Responsibilities**:
- Offer assistance, answer questions and provide information to clients in Dutch
- Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results
- Collect customer’s data following the company’s policies and procedures
- Build relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
**Benefits**:
- Full-time (39 hours/week) contract
- Schedule for 39 hours (rotative): From Monday to Friday from 09 am to 06 pm

**Your Profile**:
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and you are fluent in English
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You are a team player and you love helping people
- You are available to work in rotating shifts
- You are customer orientated
- You have the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus but not required
- If you already are based in Barcelona, you are available to start working on the first week of July 2021
