Role Overview:As a Customer Service Representative, youll be the voice of a leading fashion company, helping customers with their questions, order issues, returns, and more. Youll ensure that each interaction leaves customers delighted and supported. What Youll Do: Engage & Assist: Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions across various channels. Deliver Top-Notch Support: Respond quickly and effectively to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Represent the Brand: Uphold the company`s image through each interaction, ensuring professionalism and warmth. Work Schedule: Hours: Part-time, 30 hours per week Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM Compensation & Perks: Annual Salary: 14,200 EUR KPI Bonus: Up to 1,060 EUR annually based on performance Monthly Breakdown: Approximately 1,271 EUR per month (including up to 88 in KPI bonus) Why You`ll Love This Job: Fashion Forward: Be part of a brand that's setting trends globally.
