Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay rangeLocation: Lisbon, PortugalWork Model: On-siteStart Date: 8 January 2026Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM – 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts); Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM; Days Off: 2 rotational days.Role OverviewAs a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support, handling inquiries efficiently, and ensuring a positive customer experience in Dutch. No previous experience is required.ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Dutch.Provide accurate information and resolve issues in a timely manner.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Document customer interactions according to internal procedures.Collaborate with internal teams when needed.RequirementsDutch C2 level (mandatory).Good level of English.Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Customer‑oriented mindset.Availability to work in rotational shifts.Contract & CompensationContract Type: Fixed‑term contract (CDD) – 6 months.Base Salary: 1,100 € per year (paid over 14 months).Performance Bonus: 135 € per year (paid over 14 months).Complexity Bonus: 120 € per year (paid over 11 months).Relocation SupportRelocation support is available.
