The EBMT is a non-profit medical and scientific organisation established in 1974 which hosts a unique patient registry providing a pool of data to perform studies and assess new trends.**Our Mission**
- We aim to be the connection between patients, researchers and other stakeholders to anticipate the future of cellular and stem cell-based therapies. Our community of healthcare professionals is focused on innovation, research and the advancement of these fields to save and improve the lives of patients with blood-related disorders.**OBJECTIVE OF THE POST**
- This position assists the President and liaise with the EBMT Governance Platform in 3 areas: 1. EBMT Executive Director (ExDir) and Executive Director Assistant, 2. EBMT Executive Committee (ExCom) and 3. Board of Association + Scientific Council.- The President Assistant works closely with the President to provide administrative and secretarial support. In addition, the post holder will provide a high level of support to the ongoing needs of EBMT in general and as necessary.**RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS**
- Support and manage the President's EBMT agenda, organize meetings/conference calls including F2F venues, logistics, catering etc. as and when necessary for the President.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the President and occasionally, travel with the President to take minutes at meetings or to provide general assistance.
- Attend and participate in meetings as requested.
- Update and maintain President´s shared drives with agendas, minutes and other necessary supporting documents
- Manage contracts and signatures on behalf of the President (non-commercial).
**Requirements**:
- Degree level or equivalent
- Studies as Executive Secretary or similar
- 5 or more years’ experience in supporting Senior Management /Executives
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar and spelling
- Working level Spanish and other languages desirable
- High degree of confidentiality
- Diplomacy

- Part-time and indefinite contract (22,5 hours/week - 4,5h/day) with 2 months’ probation period.
- Salary: 13.000-15.000 gross/year (depending on experience)
