**The job in brief**
After an introduction period in Denmark and other NORMAL Markets, you will first of all be part of the opening of new stores in Spain and the hiring and training of store managers and staff for the stores. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our stores are run in accordance with our NORMAL values and concept, generating the true NORMAL customer experience.
You will be one of our first employees in Spain, and you will work closely together with the Country Manager in Spain as well as your colleagues at HQ in Denmark. We are looking for an outgoing, people-minded, sales-driven decisionmaker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
**Areas of responsibilities**
As a Regional Manager, you will be hands-on involved in many different tasks and not two days will be the same.
Your tasks will include:
- Acting as a role model living the NORMAL culture and values;
- Optimizing sales and implementing best practice in your stores and the region;
- Supporting and coaching your stores, focusing on sales and customer experience;
- Recruiting, training, developing and coaching store manages within your region;
- Coordinating and taking action on sales and operations aligned with the management at HQ in Denmark;
- Overall management of all stores within your region.
**What is needed to succeed**
We expect you to have experience with working as a Regional Manager, Area Manager or similar in the retail industry. We value a sense of urgency, the ability to get people involved, and work with constant focus on sales as well as people. You must be able to handle various task of varying complexity, always with a smile and a can-do attitude. Travelling should be expected to some degree.
**About you**
- You have a strong retail background from the Spanish market and a desire to be hands-on involved in the business;
- You thrive in creating excellent customer experiences in the stores together with your team;
- Through good leadership skills, you will work constantly to support your stores and staff;
- Your management style has a human focus, always focusing on the task at hand;
- You have a strong and energetic personality;
- You are good at prioritizing and planning your work;
- You communicate fluently in Spanish as well as English, in writing and orally.
