We are looking for a results-driven Regional Marketing Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications, and systems across any environment. In this position, the Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for localizing and executing global marketing strategies to meet the specific needs of the Spain markets. The Regional Marketing Manager will be responsible for the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives, working closely with distributors, partners, and #TeamUp sports teams to drive brand visibility and engagement. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and execute cybersecurity marketing programs specifically tailored to the Spain region, in line with global strategies Proficiency in positioning cybersecurity products and solutions effectively in competitive markets Lead the planning and execution of events, from initial concept, content, and vendor management, to final wrap-up and reporting Manage the regional marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds to meet company objectives Partners with regional sales leaders to identify regional business priorities and initiatives and develop regional Marketing Program Strategy to support those Works with the regional Sales team (PSM, DAM) to monitor & analyze competitive information and customer data to facilitate effective program development and drive activities to drive higher volume and quality of funnel Works closely with the EMEA Marketing team to develop program metrics & effective tactics mix. Measures and evaluates short- and long-term impact and ROI against goals; implements adjustments as required Oversee the management of the Marketing Development Funds (MDF) program to enquire about target ROI and optimize partner collaboration and marketing impact Design and implement partner marketing campaigns that support business growth and strengthen partner relationships Provide the Sales team with targeted marketing strategies and tools to drive revenue generation Collaborate with partners to create co-branded marketing activities that expand their market presence Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging insights to improve future campaigns Travel is required to engage with Partner Success Managers, Distributor
