Thanks to innovation, courage, and the dedication of our teams, Forbes has recognized us as the best employer in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry for the third year in a row. **REQUIREMENTS** - Support the Senior HRBP in implementing HR policies, processes, and initiatives aligned with business needs and corporate guidelines. - Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training coordination. - Provide administrative support for performance management cycles, ensuring timely completion of evaluations and development plans. - Support payroll, benefits, and HR data management ensuring accuracy and GDPR compliance. - Support company car fleet management, coordinating allocations, documentation, maintenance, and communication with suppliers and insurance partners. - Contribute to the implementation and follow-up of the Equality Plan, including data collection, communication, and monitoring of agreed measures. - Prepare HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and ensure compliance with internal and legal requirements. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** - Min Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related fields. - Min 3 years of work experience in the HR field. - Knowledge of Spanish labor legislation to support compliance in HR processes and employee relations. - Advanced use of HR systems and tools, especially SAP4YOU, Excel, and digital documentation platforms. - Understanding of payroll and employee benefits processes. - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. - Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting people and continuous improvement. - Professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and spoken). **BENEFITS** - Indefinite contract - trial period 4 months according to the Chemical agreement. - Health insurance with Sanitas (also dental). - Target bonus. - 11€ per day in concept of meal vouchers. - Flexible work scheme. - Accidents insurance. - 23 days of holidays (per year). - "Adamed Days”: additional company-agreed days off. - Remote working (50%).
