HR Business Partner – Air Liquide (Madrid, Spain) Air Liquide is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR department at our Madrid office in Spain. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be the primary HR point of contact for a specific business line. You will play a crucial role in supporting our internal customers and promoting Air Liquide Group policies and best practices. Responsabilidades Actúa como socio estratégico de RRHH para las necesidades de los clientes internos, coordinando con especialistas en Aprendizaje, Total Rewards, Soluciones Digitales, Atracción de Talento, Gestión de Talento y Experiencia del Empleado. Apoya al negocio con iniciativas de diseño y desarrollo organizativo. Supervisa la rotación de puestos, movilidad interna, procesos de evaluación de desempeño, adquisición de talento y planificación de sucesión. Contribuye a la gestión de compensaciones y asegura el cumplimiento de convenios colectivos nacionales. Requisitos Máster en RRHH (preferible). Mínimo 5‑8 años de experiencia como HR Business Partner o HR Generalist. Experiencia previa en industrias industrial y/o químico‑farmacéutica (ventaja). Proficiencia en inglés y español; portugués es un plus. Habilidades / Competencias Comunicación y habilidades interpersonales. Gestión de conflictos y negociación. Pensamiento estratégico y visión a largo plazo. Organización y gestión del tiempo. Trabajo en equipo. Orientación al cliente y resultados. Proactividad y resolución de problemas. Confidencialidad. Disponibilidad para viajes de negocio. Senioridad y Tipo de Empleo Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time. Localización Madrid, Comunidad de Madrid, España.
