This is a position with the potential for real business impact. As a senior leader, you will take a hands-on approach to supporting best practice decisions, through actionable insights, analyses, and sound financial advice. This is an influential role, responsible for building strategic partnerships with our business stakeholders and reporting directly to our Chief Financial Officer.

**What you will do**:

- You will work in partnership with our business leaders, providing support across all departments to ensure financial planning and analysis best practices are embedded into our short and long-term decision-making processes.
- Utilizing your advanced analytical skills, you’ll develop robust forecasting models to provide timely and accurate financial projections, considering market trends and business dynamics.
- You will oversee our annual budgeting process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with strategic priorities. You’ll present these key financial metrics, trends, and analyses to the senior management group, executive team and board of directors.
- You’ll establish a comprehensive reporting framework, providing executive leadership with actionable insights into financial performance.
- As a senior people leader, you will cultivate leadership and development within your team. This includes mentoring emerging leaders, delegating critical tasks to promote growth, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

**What you will bring**:

- Extensive financial leadership experience, with a comprehensive background in FP&A, corporate finance, strategy, and/or accounting, including career experience within a high-growth and dynamic organizational environment.
- Your previous success in an e-commerce environment, with a deep understanding of B2C and B2B2C e-commerce businesses.
- A proven quantitative skill set and an analytical, curious mindset that is both data
- and experience-centric.
- Your demonstrated ability to collaborate with, advise, and influence C-level stakeholders and business leaders, working across multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proven ability to gain respect and credibility through valuable input and collaboration, including successful experience in facilitating change and developing processes in a matrix environment.
- People and team management skills, including the ability to set expectations for the team and to support managerial and individual contributors in reaching their goals and delivering feedback.
- Excellent communication skills including fluency in English. Additional language skills in Spanish or Czech will be highly regarded.
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, finance, or a related discipline.
