Our Operations team is growing and we are looking for a Financial Planning and Analysis to work in our Headquarters in Barcelona.

**Job Duties And Responsibilities**:

- Sets up Cost Control Procedure and the specific tool to follow the Budget costs and CAPEX follow-up.
- Review cost of sales, partners and other suppliers costs.
- Analysis of deviations by region and by area.
- Monthly reporting for monitoring the OPEX budget vs actuals by region and areas.
- Identifying revenue opportunities, efficiencies, and cost reductions across the business.
- Preparation of the annual business budget with the input of the different teams and Rolling forecast.
- Monthly closing, which involves the extraction and consolidation of data from different subsidiaries.
- Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide insights and recommendations to management for improving financial performance and decision-making.
- Assists in the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning to support the company's growth and objectives.
- Support for the information and analysis needs of the business team.
- Understanding how the business works to propose and prepare useful reports for management.
- Communication with the different area teams.

**Experience And Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business Administration and Management or similar.
- Accustomed to working with ERP and BI Tools.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in MNCs or international fast-growing startups.
- Spanish fluent and English Advanced will be a plus.
- Excel Advanced User (Functions/Formulas, Charts, Filters, PivotTables).
