**About the role**

As a **Financial Planning & Analysis** **Intern** you will collaborate in the design, building, and updating of financial databases and models across a wide range of data sources by drilling down to detail, improving processes, and creating recurrent reports.

**What you'll do**
- Support the accounting month-end-close processes through monitoring and analytical review, proposing improvements for work processes.
- Support the preparation of reporting on business performance and monthly management reporting packs (P&L, BS, Cash flow), in addition to generating clear and relevant presentations for stakeholders.
- Participate in internal and cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the business, either through the preparation of ad hoc analysis or the production of reports for better decision-making (such as researching and recommending options and solutions for organizational improvements in processes and/or expenses).
- Participate in the analysis and comparison of budgets and forecasts for the different business units, reviewing information and preparing the correspondent presentations.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new financial reporting solution.

**What you’ll need **‍**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Finance, Accounting, Business Administration), Master's in Finance will be a great plus
- Good general accounting knowledge.
- Highly skilled in Excel, Google spreadsheets and Google slides.
- Passion for numbers, considering yourself as a quick learner, innovative thinker and a highly numerical person.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
- Previous experience working in FP&A or Finance Controlling and practical experience creating reports and self-serve dashboards using Excel and BI tools will be a great plus
