**About the role**

As a **Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst** **you will collaborate in the design, building and updating of financial databases and models across a wide range of data sources; through drilling down to detail, improving processes and creating recurrent reports.

**What you'll do**
- Support the accounting month-end-close processes through monitoring and analytical review, proposing improvements in terms of processes and technical accounting issues.
- Analyze and report on the company's financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow), prepare monthly and quarterly reports, and generate clear and relevant presentations to various stakeholders.
- Work on updating, designing and improving the company's financial model.
- Play a part in the design, preparation and control of varied Teams budgets and of business forecasts.
- Get involved in internal and cross-departmental projects that have a direct impact on the business, either through the preparation of ad hoc analysis and production of reports for better decision making.
- Contribute to the implementation of a new accounting system and an associated reporting solution.

**What you’ll need**
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration. Master in Finance is a plus.
- Between 3 to 5 years of experience working in Accounting, Audit, FP&A or Finance Controlling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Spanish and English.
- Good general accounting knowledge.
- Highly skilled in Excel, Google spreadsheets and Google slides. Practical experience creating reports and self-serve dashboards using Excel and BI tools is a desirable.
- Passion for numbers, considering yourself as a quick learner, innovative thinker and a highly numerical person.
- Positive attitude, showing success in follow-up and getting things done.
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
