We track the daily performance of over 10 million Airbnb and Vrbo properties across 120,000 global markets. We also collect data from over a million partner properties. **Your Role**

**Here's what you'll get to do**:

- Collaborate in the creation of budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans
- Assist in the monthly financial reporting process, including variance analysis, reconciliations, and management reporting
- Partner cross-functionally to understand and document budget variances and forecast updates
- Work closely with the accounting team to manage Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and ensure expenses are booked in accordance with the budget
- Become an expert in our financial reporting system (Workday Adaptive Insights)
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
- Contribute to the assessment of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions
- Develop scalable solutions for tracking and reporting Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) across multiple subsidiaries
- Design and improve slide decks, dashboards, and reporting for presentations and strategic discussions
- Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems to bolster efficiency and precision

**Here's what you'll need to be successful**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, financial planning and analysis, or a similar role
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Prior experience with Netsuite and Workday Adaptive Insights is preferred but not required
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and reprioritize tasks accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
