**The Who, What, Why, And Where**

We are looking for a Market Manager to take the lead in Spain with a future focused on trailblazing all Spanish speaking Markets.

Are you the dynamic Market Manager that can help us get there? Do you have a strong ability to understand the Football and Rugby space we operate within and make the Spanish market insights a cornerstone in our Go-To-Market plan?

Can you go to tournaments and events, inspire people to develop better athletes, demo our product and convert them into leads? You will be reporting directly to our Head of Markets, Marcus Kosak, whose focus is to help you reach your goals and support you in conquering the market.

**Key Tasks**:

- Build a go-to-market strategy in your geo.
- Sign key regional partnerships and manage them to success.
- Reach semi-annual revenue targets through partner activations and sales enablement efforts.
- Go to select tournaments, conventions, and events to expand the Veo network in your region.
- Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergies.
- Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast strategic changes, and report on key metrics.
- Identify, build and strengthen partner relationships throughout a customer's journey to drive awareness and adoption of Veo.
- Coordinating training, education, marketing, and enablement programs with key regional partners.
- Conducting sales presentations with partners to customers and prospects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in partner account management, sales, and marketing.
- A deep understanding of Football and Rugby in Spain and a network within the sports.
- You are great with people alongside being experienced at building and maturing partnerships.
- As a person, you are structured and ideally have experience with project management.
- Be able to create and execute market strategies driving sales and product promotion.
- You have excellent communication skills in English & Spanish (both written and spoken).
