IT Operations Support

We are looking for an **IT Operations Support Specialist **to join our engineering team and provide technical assistance for our platform.

Operations Support Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that company systems run continuously and without interruption. You will work closely with the customer success team and developers to identify the root causes of issues and to find solutions. You will explore server-side architecture, data, and code of our Web platform.

Your day-to-day will be split between solving challenging problems, monitoring performance, documenting issues and solutions creating a knowledge repository with questions & answers.

The workplace favors free-form discussions, having space for making your own decisions, and focusing on continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

**Must have**:

- Experience working with AWS (EC2, ECS, ECR, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudTrail)
- Good knowledge of mongodb
- A good understanding of client-to-server communication protocols (HTTPS and two-way communication protocol)
- The ability to express complex ideas in written and spoken English is crucial for this position
- Capable of working independently without significant supervision
- Experience with working in a distributed team

**Good To Have**:

- Experience with Scrum or other Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of working with any client-side Javascript framework ( preferably VueJS)
- Proficient with languages programming ( preferably python)
