The aim of this position is to help discover and generate new sales opportunities/leads for the Sales Executives/ Sales Managers, in addition to taking the company’s growth to the next level. The Lead Generator would be in the front lines of qualifying and preparing future clients for their experience with our company.

The Lead Generator should be self-motivated, diligent, and a team player. In this role, you will be counted on to deliver effective presentations, actively listen and respond to challenging questions and represent Hustler Marketing in the most beneficial manner.

**What You'll Do**:

- Research and qualify assigned leads to ensure they fit our description of an Ideal Client.
- Well-versed with lead generation through different tools and social media.
- Work in conjunction with the marketing squad specific to business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with our Sales Executives to attract new clients and suggest innovative ways to improve our process and methodology.
- Utilize our CRM to fully manage the lead funnel and provide progress reports to upper management as required.
- Stay accountable to specific KPIs for effective job performance.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in demand and lead generation.
- Embrace phone sales, coaching, structure, and the importance of accountability to KPIs.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Time-management and organization skills are essential for this position.
- Tenacious and passionate in pursuit of goal achievement, company success, and personal growth.
- BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field.
