**Grower & Channel Marketing Vegetables**

**Main Purpose**

Perform by maximizing the value share of vegetables and TRANSFORM by driving digitally enabled tailored solutions addressing customer needs:

- Define a customized grower&channel strategy for vegetables integrating Seeds, CP, Biologicals & Digital and ensure value maximization and successful implementation at customer level
- Drive +3 years planning and lead the process of Campaign Plan for n+1, volume/price/solution offer/demand generation*- Increase customer share and customer lifetime value through a balanced push/pull grower strategy that leverages current and future country go-to-market strategy.
- Coordinate West Cluster Med Portfolio and launch projects for vegetables

**Key Tasks & Responsibilities**

**Iberia**
- Establish vegetable crop strategy and respective campaign plan by leading cross-functional team (LCT e.g. MD, Market Development, Supply, Digital & Sales) and ensure successful implementation of customized solutions through strong collabotation with Campaign Activation and Sales team. Derive commercial offer for the channel/ grower.
- Lead strategic price value decision and align with core team on value capture and pricing mechanism in line with regional Customer Value COE/ Pricing Excellence MED guidelines
- Collaborate with Commercial Excellence & Demand generation on in-season price adjustments/ campaign reactivity activation
- Define marketing plans targeting priority customers segment & establish go-to-market strategy based on customer needs, crops systems and channels
- Support the definition of the right portfolio strategy for country group and cluster level by providing market knowledge, grower insights and reflecting customer needs
- Manage resource for P&I and Market funding to maximize Campaign activation plans.
- Foster strategic collaboration with Vegetable Seeds to enhance crop solution offering
- Monitor the timeliness and effectiveness of go-to-market plans; track KPIs (market share, awareness, purchase intent, usage) against plan

**West Med**
- Prepare and implement marketing & communication plans, integrating CP, Seeds, Digital & Services tools for rower/ channel in line with global/regional product and service portfolio strategies and guidelines.
- Guide North Africa Campaign Activation Team by sharing crop strategy & best practice examples (e.g. share launch projects, innovations)
- Anticipate and forecast new project proposals for West Med. Lead prioritization of running new projects and support updates in Newport tool and implementation

**Qualifications & Competencies**
- _University degree in Science, Agriculture or Management, preferably a master's or postgraduate degree_
- _At least 5 years of business experience in a customer facing role or similar position_
- _Profound technical and agricultural understanding_
- _Strong skills of communication, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management and leadership by influence _
- _Capacity to engage and drive vision with Sales team, Market Development and Campaign Activation to deliver digitally tailored solutions to customers _
- _Data driven and result oriented _
- _Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English_
