**Role Description**

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Services Delivery Specialist focusing on the German and Dutch markets at BIPO in Barcelona, with flexibility for remote work. The specialist will be working with the Country Service Delivery Managers, to support multiple areas of the HR and payroll processes. **There will be a specific focus on Germany **that requires German speaking capabilities as well as a good understanding of the German labour legislation.

This role is a unique opportunity for an HR professional who would like to embrace the full scope of employee’s life cycle management across several European countries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages the operational aspects of HR and Payroll Service Delivery for employee life cycle in conjunction with the HR Service Delivery Managers, internal teams and Partners, ensuring timeliness, quality and compliance with local legislation.
- Help to identify opportunity for Services & process enhancement as part of our Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
- Attend meetings as necessary and assisting with HR projects

**Qualifications**
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in HR process management (employee lifecycle) or Payroll for Germany and client management experience
- Experience in using HRIS, payroll systems or working with HR outsourcing provider
- Business fluency in English and German or Dutch
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with pressure on timeline and service excellence
- Strong client focus
- Eager to learn and growth
- Sense of autonomy, proactivity and initiative
- Must have the flexibility to adapt to various cultural environment, collaborative with a strong sense of ownership.
- Bachelor’s degree holder in Human Resource or any relevant field
