- The role:
The Global Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Supervisor works as part of the Central O&M team within the Operations function and reports to the Head of Center of O&M. This role is responsible for the remote supervision of renewable assets, with a focus on incidents analysis, performance, availability, and yield assessments on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis.
The Global O&M Supervisor participates in the global data driven approach and business intelligence consolidation to contribute to the continuous operational efficiency. Their tasks include, but are not limited to, incidents tracking, root cause analysis and corrective actions; support O&M teams across the globe with plants monitoring, production analysis and losses detection; KPIs follow-up and digital reporting; Validation procedures to ensure data quality; Predictive maintenance models through big data platforms based on failures rates and historic data; Development of automatic remote tools for analytics benchmarking of degradation, soiling, performance, and availability of the assets; Deployment of digital tools to gain operational efficiency, monitoring of system standardization; Training internal and external stakeholders, Support on cloud platforms (AWS).
Desirable skills:

- Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Energy)
- Proven experience in the photovoltaic sector within Operation teams: O&M and/or Asset Management, within SCADAs, CMMS, SQL
- Knowledge of PVsyst
- Excel (macros, VBA), Power BI or Tableau. Python a plus
- Business English
